Job Position – IT Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties:
-Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
-Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults
-Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic server environments
-Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
-Monitor system performance and ensure security and data protection
-Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
-Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services
