Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Welcome visitors and provide professional assistance upon arrival
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Manage office correspondence, records, and documentation
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
• Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Maintain an organized and professional reception and office environment
Skills & Experience :
• Minimum 1–2 years of Receptionist or Administrative experience in the UAE
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to work independently or within a team
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of office administration and record management
• Strong knowledge of data entry and record accuracy maintenance
• Strong knowledge of schedule coordination and calendar management
