Draftsman (Civil & MEP)
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare, update, and revise technical drawings according to project requirements
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams throughout project execution
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements
• Support construction and MEP teams with accurate technical documentation
• Review and modify drawings based on site conditions and engineering requirements
• Maintain drawing records and documentation for ongoing projects
• Assist in resolving technical coordination issues between disciplines
• Ensure timely delivery of drafting work to support project schedules
Core Competencies :
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, drafting, or a related field
• Proven experience in Civil and MEP drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
• Knowledge of swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, piping networks, and landscaping works
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
• Familiarity with site execution requirements and project coordination processes
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong knowledge of civil and MEP drafting standards and practices
• Strong knowledge of landscaping works, irrigation systems, piping networks, and construction documentation
• Strong knowledge of drawing record maintenance and project schedule support
