Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily clinical sales operations and drive the front-line team toward achieving monthly revenue targets
• Provide exceptional customer service, managing client journeys to guarantee an elevated and premium experience
• Promote advanced aesthetic treatments, beauty packages, and specialized wellness offerings effectively
• Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, high-retention relationships with existing and prospective clinic clients
• Mentor, guide, and support consultants and reception staff to improve overall conversion rates and sales performance
• Monitor weekly sales results, analyze performance gaps, and identify fresh avenues for local business growth
• Conduct detailed client consultations, evaluating needs to recommend tailored aesthetic procedures and services
• Maintain accurate, highly organized records of customer profiles, interactions, and subsequent sales activities

Professional Expertise :

• Verifiable sales experience working within the high-end beauty, medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, or private healthcare sectors
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding corporate sales quotas and performance benchmarks
• Strong leadership, team coordination, performance tracking, and retail supervision skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with a highly polished, professional demeanor
• Client-centric mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality, patient care, and service excellence
• Technical proficiency in aesthetic service structures, medical spa treatments, and skincare procedures
• Technical proficiency in consultative sales techniques, soft-selling, and high-value customer engagement
• Technical proficiency in CRM usage, pipeline monitoring, and Client Relationship Management practices
• Technical proficiency in local business development strategies, local clinic marketing, and upselling workflows
