Currently looking for a Radio Admin Officer
Job Purpose:
Provide administrative and coordination support for project operations by managing correspondence, reports, timesheets, attendance records, and site documentation to ensure smooth daily operations in a marine, offshore, or oil & gas environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project correspondence, emails, and document control.
Prepare daily reports and maintain project records.
Monitor and manage employee timesheets and attendance.
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and administrative support.
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
Support crew coordination and marine documentation when required.
Liaise with project teams, supervisors, and clients for operational coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
Experience in marine, offshore, or oil & gas projects preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of marine documentation and crew coordination is an advantage.
