Job Position – Patient Experience Specialist/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally and courteously
-Manage patient registration, appointments, and front desk operations
-Handle patient inquiries in Arabic and English (in person, phone and email)
-Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
-Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the system
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient communication
-Provide empathetic support while maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements:
-Female Arabic speaker (mandatory)
-Fluency in Arabic and English
-Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
-Previous experience in a patient experience/front desk, customer service, or healthcare setting is preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
-Proficient in basic computer systems
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
