Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Primary Accountabilities :

• Facilitate daily communication sequences between corporate clients and internal production departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Execute foundational office administration workflows and maintain accurate project records, files, and corporate documentation.
• Draft structural business correspondence, operational reports, and client data sheets using Microsoft Office applications.
• Organize corporate meeting calendars, follow up on client administrative requests, and track pending deadlines.
• Help maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment by resolving client inquiries efficiently.

Skills & Experience :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Professional Profile: Minimum 2 years of proven background in corporate administration, project coordination, or client-facing support roles.
• Language Capabilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Demographics & Visa Status: This position is open to female candidates who currently hold their own valid UAE residency visa status.
• Technical Frameworks: Practical operational knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, alongside strong calendar management traits.
