Logistics Supervisor
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily meal distribution operations.
• Manage delivery routes and fleet performance.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness.
• Monitor driver attendance and team performance.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve operational and customer delivery issues.
• Prepare operational performance reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma with equivalent experience accepted)
• 4–6 years of logistics/distribution experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Food & Beverage experience is an advantage.
• Strong fleet management knowledge
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and route planning systems
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Valid driving license
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
