Requirements :
• Candidates should have prior experience in customer service or call center operations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with exposure to trade finance products such as LC, Bank Guarantees etc.
• The candidate should possess strong communication and customer handling skills, be able to respond to customer inquiries professionally, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure timely processing of trade-related requests.
• Familiarity with banking systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment are essential.
