Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter for a hotel in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for painting, finishing, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces while supporting hotel maintenance and construction/fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming before painting.
Apply paint, varnish, texture, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, wood, and metal surfaces.
Perform touch-up, repainting, and decorative finishing work as required.
Support construction, renovation, and fit-out projects by completing painting works according to drawings and specifications.
Select and mix paints to achieve the required color and finish.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
ITI/Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification in Painting.
2–5 years of experience as a Painter, preferably in hotels with construction or fit-out experience.
Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing materials.
Ability to read basic drawings and work independently.
UAE/GCC experience is an added advantage.
Must have construction experience background and available in UAE for interview and trial.
