Business Development Officers
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned zone
• Visit garages, workshops, fleet companies, spare parts traders, and other potential customers
• Build and manage a strong customer pipeline and achieve monthly/annual sales targets
• Grow business from both new and existing customers
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and support payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with branches, warehouse, purchase, and sales teams
Candidate Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management – Mandatory
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development & Customer Acquisition handling multiple branches/zones
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Fluent in English & Hindi – Mandatory (Arabic is an added advantage)
• Willingness to travel 75% across the UAE
• Automotive spare parts experience is an advantage
