🔹 Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or one of the related engineering disciplines.
🔹 Previous knowledge or experience in the field of production and manufacturing is preferred.
🔹 A good understanding of the principles and processes of production and improving the efficiency of industrial processes.
🔹 Good skills in analysis, problem-solving, and corrective action.
🔹 Ability to coordinate and work with production, quality, maintenance and warehouse teams.
🔹 Good skills in organizing, following up and reporting.
🔹 Ability to work within an industrial and operational environment and withstand the demands of the job.
🌟 Major Tasks and Responsibilities
🔹 Follow up and supervise the daily production processes and ensure that they are progressing according to the specified plans.
🔹 Monitor the performance of production lines and work to raise efficiency and productivity.
🔹 Analyze operational problems and bottlenecks and contribute to the development of appropriate solutions.
🔹 Monitoring performance indicators related to production, quality, waste and resource use.
🔹 Contribute to process optimization, reduce waste and downtime, and increase operational efficiency.
🔹 Coordinating with the quality, maintenance and planning departments to ensure the continuity of production processes.
🔹 Ensure adherence to occupational quality, safety and health procedures within the work environment.
🔹 Prepare reports related to production and performance and submit observations and recommendations to the competent department.
