Core Responsibilities
Program Management: Organize test cycles, order and distribute PT samples, and track testing schedules.
Data & Reporting: Collect analytical data from participating labs, verify proper calculation methods, and submit results to providers within strict deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Review performance reports, identify unacceptable scores or analytical bias, and help implement corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with external quality standards (such as ISO/IEC 17043 or national laboratory guidelines) and prepare documentation for audits.
Key Skills & Background
