Sales Representative (Female)
Job Location : Kuwait
Job Description :
• Identify, capture, and develop new markets and business opportunities
• Proactively hunt for and acquire new clients within all sectors of the industry which could cater to heavy steel fabrication / galvanization.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business
• Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and pitch tailored solutions
• Drive online marketing and digital outreach to generate leads and brand visibility
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, sales orders and Tender participation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, technical) for smooth order fulfillment
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Represent KBP professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements:
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant sales experience, with a track record of acquiring new business
• Bilingual: fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with market research and digital marketing
• Available to join immediately
