• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in Training & Development is a plus
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a strong advantage
• Arabic and English are mandatory
• Energetic, proactive, and hands-on personality
Key Responsibilities:
• Help launch and grow a new professional training center
• Manage training programs
• Coordinate trainers and partners
• Work with corporate and government clients
• Support the development of new business opportunities
