Quality Assurance Lead
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Direct daily Quality Assurance operations to ensure alignment with GMP, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and local regulatory standards.
• Manage quality management workflows, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), deviations, change controls, and complaint root-cause analyses.
• Author, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch manufacturing records, validation protocols, and technical quality documentation.
• Lead internal, client, and health authority regulatory audits while ensuring prompt resolution of audit findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Control, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality compliance.
• Drive continuous process improvement, quality risk management frameworks, and operational excellence across the plant.
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field, paired with at least 5 years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in QMS frameworks, GMP/GDP regulations, risk management methodologies, validation documentation, and health authority audit management.
• Core Competencies: Technical leadership, root-cause analysis, quality audit defense, SOP development, and cross-departmental coordination.
