ADIF-KSA is seeking an experienced Leasing Supervisor to join one of the region’s dynamic railway projects. The role will be based in Jeddah, with regular visits to Makkah, Madinah, and King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
The successful candidate will lead leasing activities, manage tenant relationships, identify new commercial opportunities, and support the continued improvement of retail leasing performance across railway stations.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Leasing or Real Estate.
▪️ Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
▪️ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
▪️ Ability to manage tenant relationships and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
▪️ Willingness and ability to travel between Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and KAEC as required.
