Road Safety Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Description :
• Run Road Safety Audits (RSA) across roads, junctions, underpasses, tunnels and bridges at every project stage
• Apply the Safe System Approach to flag and address road safety risks
• Conduct road safety studies and investigate crash sites
• Assess traffic safety conditions and recommend practical fixes for high-risk spots
• Manage road safety projects from start to finish
• Lead safety reviews from concept design through to implementation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams
• Mentor junior staff on road safety practice
• Review temporary traffic diversions and management arrangements for maintenance works
• Keep every practice aligned with current standards and best practice
Job Details :
• 5–8+ years of experience in road or traffic safety
• Strong, demonstrable Dubai RTA experience
• Background working on RTA Maintenance Projects
• Solid Road Safety Audit and site-visit experience
• Real experience investigating crash sites
• Familiarity with temporary traffic diversions and traffic management
• Good knowledge of RTA standards and procedures
• Project management and coordination skills
• UAE/Dubai road and maintenance project experience preferred
