Role: Senior Project Manager - Data Center
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of data center construction from design through commissioning and handover.
Ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local UAE authorities.
Lead project teams, track milestones, and manage risks or site issues.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems specific to high-tier data centers.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in project management, with at least 5 years focused specifically on data center or mission-critical facilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Tier III/IV data center standards, local UAE regulations, and PMP certification (preferred).
