You will bridge the gap between hardware, software, and clinical or industrial requirements. Your core goal is to make sure internal diagnostic devices, test scripts, and system architectures perform safely and accurately during manufacturing and operation.
Key Responsibilities"
System Integration: Combine complex hardware, microprocessors, and diagnostic software into a single functioning unit.
Verification and Testing: Run system-level tests and validation procedures to catch faults, reduce test escapes, and verify device accuracy.
Failure Analysis: Troubleshoot system-level hardware or software failures and isolate root causes using diagnostic tools.
Requirement Management: Translate regulatory standards and stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications.
Process Documentation: Write and maintain clear troubleshooting guides, calibration protocols, and system configuration records.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, test engineering, or medical device development.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration, risk analysis (like FMEA), and diagnostic programming (such as LabVIEW or C/C++).
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards and regulated industry guidelines for medical or diagnostic equipment
