The opportunity targets architects with practical experience within engineering consultancy offices in the Kingdom, especially those who have direct experience in the Baladi platform, licensing and accreditation procedures, secretariat requirements, safety and fire protection, and the Saudi Building Code.

🌟 Qualifications and prerequisites
▪️ Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited body.
▪️ Previous experience in engineering consultancy offices within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
▪️ Proven practical experience in using the My Platform and Secretariats platforms.
▪️ Experience in following up on license transactions from the application stage until obtaining the final approval.
▪️ Obtain a qualification/accreditation approved by the Civil Defense in the field of safety and fire protection.
▪️ Diploma or course in occupational safety and health for 6 months.
▪️ Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and the relevant municipal and regulatory requirements.
▪️ Mastery of AutoCAD software.
▪️ Prefer knowledge of Revit and SketchUp.
▪️ Valid professional membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
▪️ Good communication skills, coordination, and priority management.
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and pursue several projects at the same time.
