🌟 Requirements:
â—¾ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
◾ Proven experience in Restaurants, Cafés, Food & Beverage (F&B), or Food Manufacturing is mandatory.
â—¾ Strong leadership and production team management capabilities.
â—¾ Hands-on experience in production planning, quality control, process improvement, and operational excellence.
â—¾ Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
â—¾ Strong understanding of food manufacturing and processing operations.
â—¾ Experience in inventory management, production planning, and resource utilization.
â—¾ Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, cost efficiency, and productivity.
â—¾ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is highly preferred.
â—¾ Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
