Responsibilities :

• Advise on contracts, compliance and legal risks.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in legal matters.

Qualifications :

• Law degree (LLB) and legal license.
• 3-5 years of legal advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Arabic & Hindi.
