Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, network, systems, and devices
• Provide timely technical support to staff and students
• Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, Wi-Fi, servers, and school technology systems
• Monitor and maintain IT security, data backups, and data protection
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT service providers
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in IT / Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, servers, and IT systems
• Previous experience working in a UAE school environment is highly desirable
• Experience with School Management Systems (SMS), ERP/HRMS, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
