Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented ๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ to support procurement operations, documentation control, ERP processes, compliance, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and standardize procurement documentation.
Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems.
Ensure traceability of procurement transactions.
Support procurement compliance and audit requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
Prepare procurement reports and analysis.
Support process improvement and documentation standardization.

Requirements
Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
๐Ÿฎโ€“๐Ÿฑ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ in procurement, administration, or document control.
Experience with ๐„๐‘๐ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฌ (๐Ž๐๐จ๐จ ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐š๐ซ).
Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good English communication skills.
Experience in a ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ž๐ฌ / ๐‡๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐ž๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ is preferred.
Experience in property management, construction, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
Must be currently ๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—จ๐—”๐—˜.
Must have an attested educational certificate.
