🌟 Qualifications and Requirements
◾ Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
◾ A minimum of 8 years of work experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory position or as a head accountant.
◾ Previous experience in manufacturing or mining companies is preferred.
◾ Advanced experience in preparing financial statements and accounting reports in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
◾ Master monthly and annual accounting closing procedures, audit and financial reconciliations.
◾ Practical experience in preparing estimated budgets, financial forecasts, and managing cash flows.
◾ Comprehensive knowledge of production costs, inventory, fixed assets and project accounting.
◾ Advanced knowledge of Zakat, tax, VAT and related regulatory obligations in the Kingdom.
◾ Proficiency in the use of accounting systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
◾ Ability to supervise the accounting team, distribute tasks, and review the quality of financial outputs.
◾ Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, decision-making, and problem-solving.
◾ Relevant professional certifications, such as SOCPA, CMA, or CPA, are preferred.
