◾ Practical experience in supervising sites and field operations in the oil and gas sector.
◾ Knowledge of field operating procedures and occupational safety, health and environment (HSE) requirements.
◾ Ability to lead field teams, distribute tasks, and follow up on the implementation of work.
◾ Familiarity with the Work Permit (PTW) procedures, risk assessment, and task risk analysis (JSA).
◾ Experience in coordinating with operation and maintenance teams, contractors, and customer representatives.
◾ Ability to prepare daily operational reports and follow up on business progress.
◾ Experience in well testing and related projects is preferred.
