🌟 Qualifications and Requirements
◾ Minimum diploma qualification.
◾ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in commentary and government relations.
◾ Experience in completing official transactions, coordinating with government agencies, and following up on applications until they are completed.
◾ Familiarity with the government regulations and procedures in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
◾ Knowledge of the procedures for issuing and renewing licenses, permits, and statutory certificates.
◾ The ability to deal with the relevant e-government platforms, such as Qawa, Muqeem, Absher Aamal, Baladi, and the Ministry of Commerce platforms, according to the nature of the transactions.
◾ It is preferable to have previous experience in engineering consultancy or contracting companies and dealing with the authorities concerned with licenses and approvals.
◾ Excellent skills in follow-up, coordination, and communication with official authorities.
◾ Ability to organize and document transactions and follow up on expiry dates of documents and licenses.
◾ Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
◾ Accuracy, discipline, punctuality, and the ability to complete transactions efficiently.
