BI Group is looking for an experienced Hindi speaking Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai and drive sales performance across our residential and mixed-use developments.
Looking for someone with:
– Fluent Hindi is mandatory
– 5+ years of real estate sales experience
– Strong hands-on experience in the UAE / Dubai real estate market
– Minimum 3 years in a Sales Manager role
– Proven track record in off-plan residential sales
– Strong relationships with Dubai brokers and experience managing broker channels
– Strong sales, negotiation, CRM and pipeline-management skills
– A commercial, target-driven and hands-on approach
You’ll be responsible for driving project sales, developing and activating broker relationships, monitoring sales pipelines and conversion, and ensuring an excellent customer journey from initial enquiry through closing.
