• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 7 to 10 years of experience on building construction projects in GCC/KSA.
• Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, budgeting and material reconciliation.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
