Project Director
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the overall delivery of large-scale high-rise and mid-rise construction projects.
• Establish project execution strategies, delivery schedules and performance targets.
• Monitor project budgets, contractual obligations, construction quality and progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Supervise project leadership teams and ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement and construction departments.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Support successful testing, commissioning, completion and handover activities.
Experience Requirements :
• Extensive experience in construction project leadership.
• A proven record of delivering large-scale high-rise and mid-rise building projects.
• Previous experience in a similar senior-level role.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, commercial management, planning and stakeholder coordination skills.
