Job Description :

• Responding to patient inquiries regarding hospital services.
• Provide feedback to patients and families regarding their concerns and complaints.
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem.
• Manage large amounts of incoming patients inquiries.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Go the extra mile to engage patient needs and retention.

Requirements :

• Need experience
• Must be in UAE
• Preferably “can speak and translate Chinese Languages”
