Job description :

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.)
• Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Provide general support

Requirements :

• Need experience
• Must be in Bahrain
• Graduate of any degree
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic speaking - an advantage)
• Can join immediately (preferred)
