Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Role:

• Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides) and updating internal databases
• Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company overall managerial & HR department supports

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise company policies & ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports (e.g. Daily project Reports & attendance)
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant
• Experience with HR software, ERP
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent Communication in English & Hindi (Arabic will be added advantage)
• Up to date knowledge of labour laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email communication skills
