Job Descriptions:

• Installation, Administration, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Linux server.
• Installation, configuration, maintenance of network components like Switches, Routers, wireless.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
• Perform regular network monitoring to identify any possible issues
• Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions
• Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
• Write and maintain technical documentation including procedures, incident reports and troubleshooting guides
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Security components like Firewalls, VPNs, Web filters, NAC/ equivalents, Anti-spam.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices
• Aruba Network technologies (Switches and Wireless)
• Cisco Network and Security technologies (Router, Switch [Catalyst and Nexus] and Wireless) NGFW Firewall (Sophos XG and XGS Series, FortiGate Firewall, Cisco Firepower)

Must Have Qualifications:

• Good verbal and Written communication experience.
• Able to manage customer calls and project independently.
• Must have UAE driving license.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must have work experience in the role of Network Support Engineer.
