Job Description:

• Handling inbound / outbound client inquiries coming from different channels such as (Voice, Emails, Connect tickets)
• Answer telephone calls courteously.
• Promptly respond to the inquiries of internal and external customers over the telephone.
• Provide information of the Organization’s products, services and explain procedures to customers over the telephone.
• Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical solutions.
• Communicate with customers via online chat and email.
