• Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal agreements.
• Ensure that all legal agreements are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Review and advise on legal issues related to procurement, IT, and finance matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence on vendors, partners, and third-party contractors.
• Provide legal advice to other departments as needed.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and managed effectively.
• Develop and maintain standard templates for legal contracts, MOUs, and NDAs.
• Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.
• Manage external legal counsel as needed.
