As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, including managing a team of customer service and call center representatives, implementing processes and procedures, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This position shall work in accordance to company values, policy, SOPs, professional standards and work ethics.
Set up CC goals and plans in alignment with company’s strategic growth and expansion plans
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Build an effective CC and Call Center Team to meet business and customer needs
Manage customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved quickly and effectively
Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the customer experience
Develop and maintain customer relationships, including managing key accounts and ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs.
Monitor customer service metrics and use data to make improvements to the customer service process
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience across the
organization
Lead, guide, and supervise staff on day-to-day basis that includes resolving people issues, leave management, overtime management, staffing, workload distribution, duty rosters, complaints, grievances etc
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
At least 8-10 years of experience in Customer Services field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Knowledge of the industry and customer service best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Male candidate
Bilingual
Must have industry experience (courier delivery/shipping/logistics)
