highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of our mission to positively impact the economy and enhance government financial services, we are collaborating in a comprehensive system (hereafter called PROJECT) that aims to streamline procedures, enhance transparency, and improve decision-making across various government entities. The Data Migration Specialist will play a crucial role in seamlessly integrating data across diverse entities with independent ERP systems, ensuring compatibility, standardizing procedures, and maintaining data integrity. It is preferred to have these Consultants with SAP Background for Modules like FICO, SCM & HR-SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a specialized ETL team to develop and implement data migration strategies for PROJECT integration.
Utilize expertise in Oracle, SAP, and other ETL tools to facilitate seamless data migration and integration.
Analyze data structures and business processes to align with PROJECT requirements and ensure standardized data flow.
Implement data cleansing strategies to improve data quality and reliability within PROJECT.
Conduct regular audits to monitor data quality, system efficiency, and compliance with established protocols.
Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and government entities involved in the PROJECT implementation.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate end-users on PROJECT functionality and best practices.
Identify potential risks associated with data migration and PROJECT implementation, and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize PROJECT system performance and address evolving business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in data migration, ETL processes, and integration of enterprise systems.
Strong consulting / implementation Experience in SAP FICO, SAP SCM & SAP HR-SF.
Strong in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Structured Query Language (SQL) proficiency.
Proficiency in Oracle or SAP, and ETL tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data structures and business processes.
Experience in enforcing testing and quality assurance protocols to ensure data reliability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrated ability to implement change management strategies and ease transition for end-users.
Negotiation skills to align stakeholder interests and foster collaboration among government entities.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs for end-users.
Strong risk management skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data migration and system implementation.
Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and system optimization.
