We are looking for a "Sr. Relationship Manager / Associate Director / Director- Private Banking" with experience in similar profile.
The ideal candidates should have good knowledge and understanding of Private Banking landscape. Ability to form and develop strong lasting bonds with clients is an essential prerequisite. Innovation and creativity will be required for sourcing and servicing HNWI clients. Essentially, acting as the single point of contact for all your clients’ needs.

Roles: Senior Relationship Manager / Associate Director/ Director (Wealth Investment )
Experience: Minimum 3-15 years of Banking and Wealth/Investment Advisory in U.A.E is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing new customers for the business and focusing on developing a book/AUM of clients.
• Bringing in assigned/target upfront revenue for the business.
• Increasing overall assets under management.
• Understanding the needs of the end customer & providing appropriate financial solutions.
• Handlings of Relationships to aid customers for all wealth requirements.
• Identifying and segmenting the target market for potential new business opportunities.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients including regular face to face meetings where you will be expected to profile client’s risk and return aspirations and deliver portfolio of products.
• Adhering to robust control framework ensuring that your communications with clients meet internal control standards and DFSA regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications / Experience :
• Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients in UAE.
• Continuous professional career development in a prestigious bank and Excellent relationships with HNW and UHNW clients in the MEA market
• Outstanding network in the private banking industry to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue, NNA
• Skills to acquire HNW and UHNW clients through referrals, own network by actively approaching potential clients
• A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative, and able to cope under pressure
• High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
• Bachelor in Finance or higher degree from a university or an institute of higher education
• Fluent in English, any additional language will be an advantage.
