Job Description :
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategies.
• Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print, and broadcast.
• Manage the development of promotional materials, content, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
• Develop and manage brand guidelines.
• Identify and develop partnerships with industry stakeholders including artists, influencers, and media companies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
• Monitor expenditures and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and entertainment professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entertainment Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion spent in the Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and entertainment campaigns.
• Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and innovation in marketing and entertainment concepts.
