Job Description :

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for all aspects of the project.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary information and insights.
• Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and cost forecasts in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Evaluate and analyze historical data, industry trends, and market conditions to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Participate in project bid reviews and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain and update database of unit costs and productivity rates for various project components.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Details :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in estimating within the oil and gas industry(At least 4+year experience in GCC MUST).
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry standards, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates.
