Job Description :

• Manage daily office tasks such as answering phones, classifying, and scheduling appointments.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos and reports.
• Assist with project management tasks such as financial planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
• Providing administrative support to senior management.
• Managing databases and maintaining records.
• Act as an intermediary between departments and external organizations.
• Receiving and assisting visitors in the office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile of candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
