Interior Designer
Job Location : UAE
Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients for approval.
• Analyzing and assessing the available space to determine the most efficient and functional layout. Creating floor plans, including furniture placement, circulation paths, and zoning of different areas.
• Recommending suitable materials, finishes, colors, and textures based on the client's preferences, aesthetic goals, and the functional requirements of the space.
• This may include selecting flooring, wall treatments, lighting fixtures, furniture, and other decorative elements.
• Creating detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and fitout purposes. This includes preparing construction drawings, joinery details, electrical plans, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that the design intent is accurately translated into the final built environment.
• Coordinating deliveries, installations, and resolving any design-related issues during the construction phase.
