Guest Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain the highest service standards.
• Handle emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for each shift.
• Monitor the hotel’s cleanliness and overall presentation to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support the management team with daily tasks and reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in hotel operations, with a focus on managerial roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
