HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between management and staff.
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help drive company culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role in UAE, preferably as an HR Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and labor laws in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
