Cybersecurity Solutions Sales & Technical Professional
As a Senior Presales/Solution Engineer in Cybersecurity, you will be a key technical resource, supporting the sales team by designing tailored solutions and showcasing your expertise in the latest security technologies. Your experience with industry-leading cybersecurity products will help address customer challenges, influence their security strategies, and support the sales process from technical presentations to Proof of Concepts (PoC). You will work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, CCSP) are strongly preferred. Vendor certifications from Fortinet, Trend Micro or IBM Security are an advantage.
• 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical or presales role as a Sales or Systems Engineer.
• Proven experience designing and engineering cybersecurity solutions with Fortinet, Trend Micro, IBM Security, ZScaler & Vectra
• Solid experience with hands-on deployment or configuration of these technologies in a pre-sales or engineering capacity.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proven experience engaging customers in the development of enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and value propositions.
• Proven technical capability, the ability to quickly learn and apply new domains of cybersecurity, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
• Experience working with cloud security models will be an added advantage
• Certifications and hands-on expertise with security technologies across Fortinet, Trend Micro, ZScaler, IBM Security, Vectra and other leading vendors in the cybersecurity, landscape.
