Quantity Supervisor

Job Location: Manama, Bahrain

Overview: As a Quantity Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the quantity surveying aspects of our real estate projects. Your expertise will ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation, helping us maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality properties on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct site assessments to monitor project progress and compliance with specifications.
• Analyze and review subcontractor bids and contracts to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance project efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on project costs, budget variances, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and facilitating procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
