Job Description :
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, pipelines, and results.
Skills :
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and proposal development.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Certification in sales or business development (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
