Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oncology Consultant to join our client’s prestigious healthcare facility outside Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to providing world-class patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care within the specialty area.
• Provide expert consultations and lead multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field and integrate evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and development.

Requirements:

• Qualifications - Western training: American Board/ UK CCT/ Australia or NZ Royal College Fellowship/ Western European Specialisation Board.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years' post board or specialisation certification experience depending on country of origin to qualify for Consultant with the Saudi Council
• Licensure: Eligibility for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) at consultant level.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is necessary.
• Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
